Loughlin takes a strong "hands on" philosophy to managing our properties. We inspect each building regularly and meet constantly with its tenants and vendors. We are building an organization based on a reputation for superior service and invite you to contact any of the tenants or building owners that we serve.
Loughlin employs six roving maintenance engineers who perform a multitude of services including all basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing and janitorial work. Our engineers are billed at $58.00/hour. As a result, in many circumstances we are able to provide you faster and less-expensive service than if a contractor had been called.
Loughlin’s office staff is available during regular business hours to respond to service requests. All calls are logged into our computer along with our follow-up action. Based on the nature of the request, we will dispatch the property manager, a maintenance engineer or the appropriate contractor.
Loughlin has a 24-hour/7-day answering service that directs messages to our on-call representative for after hours emergencies.
Loughlin’s accounting staff is headed up by a CPA who has worked with us for sixteen years. We use Skyline property management software for producing financial statements and budgets, and therefore, we have the capacity to configure our monthly reports to your specifications.
